For my project I chose to recreate my favorite Fruition dessert for exhibition. This was the cheese cake served with a passion fruit sorbet. It took several tries to create a cheese cake I was sure was exhibition quality. Making sure I had the right consistency and appearance is very important. And figuring out how I could plate the food on my plates at home without the perfect ingredients. It was really fun to recreate this delicious dessert in my own kitchen without help from a chef, it was a learning experience and a great continuation of my LINK.
